If you cannot view Flashissue in your Gmail Inbox your Chrome extension has either been disabled or Flashissue was uninstalled.
To check do the following:
Note: you must be using the Chrome web browser to use Flashissue directly from your Gmail Inbox
Step 1
Open your Chrome browser and using the Chrome menu select Preferences
Step 2
Click the Extension link on the left side and locate the Flashissue extension. If it is installed and not enabled it will have the Enable check box unchecked.
To enable the extension click the check box called Enable.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE FLASHISSUE EXTENSION YOU WILL NEED TO REINSTALL IT BY GOING TO FLASHISSUE.COM AND CLICKING THE ORANGE BUTTON:
Step 3
Once you do this you should the Scissor icon reappear on your browser bar. At this stage you will want to close any tab where Gmail or Flashissue is running.
Step 4
Log back into Gmail and you will see the Flashissue buttons in your Inbox.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE FLASHISSUE EXTENSION YOU WILL NEED TO REINSTALL IT BY GOING TO FLASHISSUE.COM AND CLICKING THE ORANGE ADD TO EMAIL BUTTON
