Custom String for Sign up from Undefined

Sometimes the mailing list signup form URL and HTML takes a minute to come up with a custom string. I checked your account and both lists now have the custom string. If you still are seeing "undefined", you may need to refresh your page.

Try doing this with one of the commands below.
