Email Credits Explained

Email credits can be defined as 1 email credit = 1 email to 1 recipient.

For example, for our Flat Rate 250 plan you will receive 250 email credits a month. If you chose the Flat Rate 250 plan you would exhaust all of your email credits by doing the following,  250 email credits = 1 email to 250 recipients.

Each plan we offer is assigned a set number of email credits. Each month you will receive a renewed set of email credits that are assigned to your plan. Once those email credits run out you will need to wait for the renewal period for the next month for the email credits to restore.
