Team Members have ran out of Credits

If your team members receives the message below then they have used up the total number of email credits you have given them for the month.


You can increase their email credits by going to the Team Invites & Settings page and following the steps listed below:


  1. Browser over to “User Email Limit” on the left
  2. Click on the number next to “User Email Limit”
  3. Type in the number of email credits you wish to give your Team members

Their email limit for the month will increase to this number.


** If you wish to no longer limit the number of emails members can send each month, make the User Mail Limit equal to the number of email credits you receive for your premium plan.
