Unfortunately we have a strict policy against purchased list. We only allow opt-in mailing lists that have email addresses from people who have verified they are willingly receive your messages. Any other type of mailing list qualifies as spam and your emails more than likely will not reach your recipients or your account will be flagged as a risk.
